BLACK STEEL were formed in early 2000 in the city of Perth in Western Australia. Comprising members from a pedigree of some of WA's most respected bands - Dave Harrison (ex-ALLEGIANCE), Jamie Page (ex-TRILOGY/BLACK ALICE).
